Unlike many fast food burger restaurants In-N-Out allows you to order any burger as medium rate or well-done. Vegetarian, Vegans and the like can request that their food is grilled on the onion grilling side of the grill, separate from the meat grill side. Wish Burger is an older term that In-N-Out no longer uses. A grilled cheeseburger (see below) is another vegetarian option. To make it spicy add whole or chopped yellow chilis (hint: not listed on the menu). To make it vegan, remove the spread and add ketchup and mustard.
